Whenever possible I make sure a customer is 100% satisfied when completing a job. CF Electrical Services NW believes that the best way to get a great service reputation is through recommendations from previous and existing customers.. Although I am predominantly working around Rochdale I do travel to surrounding areas to carry out PAT testing and commercial work as far as Liverpool.

The Fudge Village is a family run business based in Whitworth. Having been dissatisfied with our previous electrician it was great to employ Carl from CF Electrical Services NW. I have known Carl for some time now and found him great to work with. He will discuss any of your requirements or problems and give you options. He has rewired our heating system and replaced several inefficient lights throughout our building making it more cost effective to run. Whilst he was PAT testing we discussed the idea of putting an automated dialler on our Security Alarm, Carl sourced a compatable quality unit and installed it. I know have peace of mind that my building is secure when I'm not there.
Whenever we have a problem he is always quick to follow up and can usually resolve it within a day or two. Carl works with minimal disruption to our business and is always safety conscious. On the several occasions Carl has worked for us he has always made sure we are 100% satisfied you can't ask for more than that..

I was quite surprised when phoning around for a quote on PAT testing for 72 items that Carl not only matched the price received from other companies but provided us with a competative rate which included the provision of a fully detailed report, an electronic asset register and detailed database viewer on quality CD rom instead of the simplified test and tag job. Whilst Carl was here there was minimal disruption to the office and we also recommended him to the business next door. He has also now provides us with his skills as an electrician when required and always makes sure we are completely satisfied. Its great to have such a trustworthy electrician to rely on.
